Stewart Teed

I first encountered Chris at a studio in midtown, very early in my yoga practice and instantly became my “must attend” weekly class, coming in from CT for an hour of “Chris Bliss”! I moved to Sonic Yoga to attend more of Chris’s classes, even though it was a bit farther from my apartment. I really enjoy the challenging practice and they way the Chris explains the positions and breaks it down so we understand the purpose of what we are doing.
